Guidelines and Regulations
The Whispers accept submissions in English (Roman), Hindi (Devanagari), and Odia Scripts in nine languages, i.e., English, Hindi, Odia, Sadri, Kenta, Oraon, Munda, Kisan, and Kharia. The first part comprises research articles and the second part is creative writings (Short Stories, Poems, translations or transcriptions from tribal literatures and cultural practices, short essays) related to tribals or other matters by tribals.
Tribal studies encompass a wide range of interdisciplinary fields that focus on indigenous peoples, their cultures, histories, societies, and interactions with the broader world. Submissions can include but are not limited to the following:
